任務条件を満たさないですね。
3以上なのにカウントされないならわかりません

前提任務についてですが、
今週に入って今日が初ログインだったんですけど、
全てのデイリー任務をしてない状態で、ウィークリーに表示してましたので
デイリー任務は関係ないかもしれません

の編成で出撃したところ、初手Cで若干厳しいルートでした。

それまでにデイリーは遠征3回と演習3回を達成しています。

演習(デイリー3回・７駆演習・小型艦？演習）をクリアしたあと、デイリー出撃任務２回完了でも任務表示が出てこなかったのですが、デイリー開発をしたところ任務表示されましたので、デイリー開発は前提に含まれているのかなと考えます。
