E3甲でのフレッチャー掘り、Sが安定しなくて辛い。かといって輸送だと連れていける戦力が限られる

E3に関して水母の千歳に特攻があると書かれていますが、これは軽空母の千歳も同等に特攻があるのでしょうか？　
使用した感じなんだか通常時よりもダメージが多かった気がしますが気のせいですかね。

記事内に海域と書いてる部分に関しては、基本道中マスにも特効補正がかかっています。
E-5、E-6に関してはまだ正確な数値ではないので、どのくらいの補正がかかっているかははっきりしていません。
※全てのマスかはわからないですが道中にも倍率自体はかかっています。
